@mouse at a glance I suggest you consider its location- Victoria rightly or wrongly I can't think of too many "winners' in recent times emerging from Victoria. WA has to be the best location for a gold project located in Australia,probably followed by Queensland then NSW .For junior explorers think using a racing analogy :
the right stable (state/broker), the right horse (ground), the right trainer (Chairman), the right jockey (managing director), the right strapper (exploration team) and if you're lucky a dash of go -go juice (tip sheet or influential press)
You might call it getting "all your ducks lined up"
