Brokers shadowing trades and monitoring your system...
does this really happen? If someone has a system that returns consistently profitable trades, can they expect brokers might at some point brokers might start stealing their strategy or at least shadowing their trades?
Are there brokers that commit to privacy and guarantee your trading will be secure from prying eyes etc?
is multiple brokerages and buying shares through different brokers and perhaps transferring them to a different to be sold perhaps your only way to not be fully monitored?
Or is this all paranoid and no serious broker would ever let this happen due to reputational consequences from pro traders knowing they are dodge etc? Or are there ethical practices regulations preventing this?
