RE: URANIUM
Aura Energy (AEE) might be worth a look for the more adventurous out there.
Market capital $24 million
BULL CASE:Raise a lot of cash; avoid raises and dilution
Its Swedish vanadium asset, Haggan, is HUGE. The plan is to offer 20 to 30 per cent of the company to new investors in an initial public offering in the December quarter (Torronto or London exchange), with Aura shareholders to have an entitlement offer in the new company, Vanadis Battery Metals.
In essence, if the IPO is successful, AEE will be cashed up and still carry a significant asset on its books to draw upon as required.
Build a low cap-ex, low cost Uranium Mine ($20lb)
Focus on the $US45 million development of its Tiris uranium project in Mauritania when uranium markets improve, possibly in 2019-20. A definitive feasibility study in to the Tiris development is due by the end of the year.
