To update, I guess the XGD really was ahead of the curve, because the gold price has broken down a fair bit over the past couple of hours.
Palladium getting mullered at the same time.
Hopefully the picture looks a bit better in the morning... Jeez. Dow Jones also down just a little under another 800 points at the moment.
