Hi Rollsroyce13,

I found this spreadsheet about 2 years ago and have been using it to enter my trades manually. This way I can choose which parcels I sell because I am not following the FIFO (first in, first out) method.
The spreadsheet is adaptable and I have added hyperlinks to my buy/sell contracts and I've added notes and extra columns for % etc.
My accountant is happy for me to use it and best of all it's a free download and it helps me take control of my records albeit the extra time it takes to manually enter the info.
There's also a split trade calculator and a page for any dividends you might be getting.
Anyhow, check it out and see if it might be a tool you can use.
