Last year I bought a picture by a Sydney artist Digby Webster ( who has autism and is untrained but with I think a nice sense of colour) who I just stumbled across online. Just a pastel on paper work. Flowers in a sock it is called.
Over the years been a skulker at Auctions and got some nice works when people were out of fashion. Unfortunately I ended up tradeing too many that I loved. Had a beautiful Dobell study from his estate and one of the most luminous Heysen watercolours I have ever seen, a beautiful Nolan central australian landscape among many others.Better stop now I am just depressing myself.
