I had my 3.5 year old tested just based on a fever she had few weeks ago. You can imagine how uncomfortable it is for a child that age to get a test done but we did it and luckily it was nothing.
So if these idiots dont want to be tested, sighting "freedom", if I was in charge I would twist their arm and hold them down while they are tested and then tell them if they dont like it they can move to New Zealand or something. The sheep roam free in NZ.
