If the tip hits a certain predefined within say 3 months, why limit the tip to small caps? Could attract a greater tipping audience as well who know the medium-larger caps will not hit that in 1 month, but could in 3 months....just a thought....Also if it has lower SOI share price doesn't necessarily mean much. Problem for many is it may divert investor funds away from the micro's where there could be an element of control.
