I've been reflecting on the last year and the changes in my life, I'm very lucky to be able to say I have a wonderful life. Twelve months ago my wife and I realised we were too busy and spending too much time on the things we used to love doing, to the point that we began to resent having to do them. I spent the first half of this year making the changes needed to cut back and since the beginning of Spring we have seen the rewards for our efforts. I will look back on 2016 as a year of accomplishment and progression, at home and work and also with trading.

1. Trading goal is simply to back myself. Once I pick a stock I need to give it a chance and the time it needs without chasing the next big runner.
2. Personal goal is to enjoy as many moments as I can, life is good so appreciate it.
3. We hold ourselves back through fear, insecurities and lack of belief.
