I am guessing his next move will be " stop restricting those strategic vital minerals to the US, or I will double the tariffs from next month". That should work really well, NOT!
The current trade war is conveniently for the Chinese a small dress rehearsal for their bid to become the dominant economic and political force globally. Something like the US playing war games with new military hardware.
