It could lead to an influx even into the stock market if investment money turns to another source for returns ? Mind you you can outlay a smaller amount into a stock market than property .

If like they are hoping it leads only to investment in new properties the investment market could well just seek out an alternative to property as you cant buy location anymore unless you knock down and build which may lead to complications and costs blowing out .

Not sure if you could claim demolishing a building though? Maybe Malaga may know ?

But im thinking the biggest challenge will be the real estate sector and im backing my thoughts simply on not being able as freely buy location with tax incentives there was with negative gearing if labor gets in.

Vacant land in good location may even rise if you stick with the mantra location location location with real-estate ?
