This is what I just posted (copied and pasted here...bizarre this is the only way to communicate with this mob...has to be by design surely):
"I want to know why you are charging me a monthly service fees deducted from my interest payments for moneys held in your Bank for the purpose of trading through my CMC trading account? It appears this is illegal as you provide me no service. disallowed/business/banking-and-fin...over-fees-for-no-service-20180808-p4zw6q.html I await your written reply within 7 days and invite you to advise me how you wish to resolve this dispute if at all."
