I note that the Geo for the seller has also previously been completing work for the buyer (on their other project) on a consultant basis separate to the transaction and that there was also link between a certain party of the seller to the preferred drilling contract & loan as part of the transaction.

Just scratching the surface quickly can see some background overlaps in the "cancelled" transaction appearing already.

Obviously a lot more going on knowing ur ability for sniffing out background details.

Piqued interest now to sniff around myself
