ZIP has strong cash position relevant to market cap, released "Landmark Revenue Share Agreement" August 9th which it had to retract much of and reword after being suspended following hyped out market activity, MD sold less than 5% of his position on that day and then removed from the company. Even the revised addition is still quite interesting yet it now sits at the price it was pre-announcement - whether you give it ground or not is the gamble but it seems to be missed that much of it is happening in the background.  New Substantial Holder taking 5% a fortnight ago. Even if the recently reached agreement has nothing EV of $1M with $2M cash leaves wide open to revaluation and new business opportunities.

Was a market favourite in the past and sure the business has changed but the small registry and solid cash position says it's not out of the question to revisit the "good times" - 2 years ago $1.35, 1 year ago 18 cents, today 2.2c - $2M Cash $3.3m MC
