I would not bank on Adani increasing real estate prices in the area. Adani will not likely get to production. Every major institution has rejected lending them the money they need for the project and their track record is questionable to say the least. The recent Four Corners report on the company has raised further concerns regarding their credentials. It seems the only chance they have of mining is if the Australian government lends them an obscene amount of taxpayers money. Of course certain politicians will continuing up ramping/ranting about 10,000 jobs that will be created in QLD but this in my opinion is all but a desperate attempt at re election on a catch cry that sounds good to the public but is all but disgraceful propaganda.
