    MSP interesting close after that spike on Thursday , initially i wanted to wait till Mon/Tues to see if that volume is sticky & jump in but on Friday it held up well so ended up getting a smallish parcel. Can only think of 3 reasons for the rise , contract coming , good quarterly approaching or possible small CR . having said that , news is way overdue & when taking into consideration the volume over average in late March makes it a good probability for news.
