@Anton Chigurh about spec stocks....so true, and i find myself just thinking of stocks simply as a 3 letter code to a "virtual" company, with randomly generated announcements.........its all in the cloud, with no assets or any intrinsic value........if you can think along that line, then it helps remove some of the emotion from trading...
which leads into a possible theme for over the Chrissy break
@Freehold .....when does a dog spec move from a simple trade, to a larger conviction "investment"?......what changes your view from a quick flip of a ticker code, to something you believe will be a life changing play?....have you had such a stock?.....are you holding one now, and i dont just mean one you bought as a potential Disallowed, but one you truly believe in?
