OK Folks have read though the thread several times this weekend and have taken on board the points raised and will mull them over during the up coming week or two.
It seems the overwhelming sentiment is to keep STT as it is pretty much which is fine ... I will try a few minor things over the next week(not this week) in line with some of the simpler suggestions.
