CIZ options are the only options I've ever been stuck with through expiry. Luckily I only had $800 left, I was the last seller before the stock was suspended but it was only a partial sale. Once it went into suspension, I thought to myself "I bet they'll stay suspended til a few months after the options expire and then they'll miraculously find a way to re-list".
