Okay, its getting serious now - I missed out on ODN today. It 10 bagged. I would've tipped this based on their last quarterly report - 0.5M Cap, announcement of possible acquisition.

I've created a spreadsheet that fetches all announcements that contain the word 'acquisition' in the quarterly. It also fetches all small cap companies that fit the bill for a good shell. All's left is for me to analyze each one.
