Buffett, I think you are too over enthusiastic at this stage of the game.
Sinochem are looking at NUF, as they are a lot of other stocks. If nothing happens then NUF will get whacked back down. Lets not forget the further profit downgrade snuck in with the Sinochem announcement and the disenchantment the institutions have with NUF.
There is no takeover and no takeover battle.
Sinochem are not going to do anything until NUF reports on its full year ended 31 July which I understand will not be until mid September. That is a long time between drinks.
