PVD- today's news is very big and a ripper deal for PVD holders... well worth doing some research on HAVOC and the boys at the helm... they have pulled off some massive oil & gas deals. Won't be an issue for them raising $50m. Don't think we will need to wait until April 18 to drill, my bet is they already have the funding lined up.. News will take a few days to soak in, big run pending.
