As a teenager I used to work at the Malvern Hotel right around the corner from Pisces place. My first day in the public bar and I saw a punch up with two WW1 vets because one tried to take the other's chair (evidently even the mayor knew where this guys chair was at the bar). This old bloke was called Maxi and eventually we wrote his name on the floor under the chair so this never re-occurred.

Unsure who pissed Maxi off but.... if you take Maxi's chair you find that the bar staff, the other patrons and even the mayor will tell you to piss off quick.
