Thanks to the Cougar Waterloo I expect more obstacles by DERM for the future, especially for the 25MW and 300MW plans. The agreement with Arcadia for the 25MW is struggling, too. The global business has a long way to go and the may-be 100 MT deposit at Mulpun/Chile is peanuts. May be we will see a little ralley starting 11/02 but I wont bet too much. The SP potential stays unlocked as long as there is no clear commitment by the government for the UCG technology in general.
