In the short term sellers clearly outweigh buyers, even the slightest bad news on the Dow could see CER trade well beyond 10 cents. This is not meant as a downramp but fact.
Time to reconfirm your strategy, i.e. are you long term(do nothing) or short term/trading (consider protecting profits).
I have elected to be totally on the sidelines waiting for re entry point .i.e sold.
While eventually hold more freebies purchased at cheaper base when I re enter.
