I believe a 2nd bid price would need to be at least 0.50
If their scip wasnt as attractive as Entrees with its RIO backing they would need to offer more cash
The scheme booklet is lodged with the ASX on the 12.2 but I dont think shareholders will receive anything until 23.3.
