why would you sell at these levels on low volume when the US situation will soon be sorted and world markets will get a huge relief rally?

I know prudence dictates and all that, but sheesh, nothing on isn's horizon screams sell. In fact, any deal with obama will probably include the dropping of the tax on medical devices ... yep, that's right, a little sweetener for the likes of isn in that package. fda approval and this stcok is back to old highs and beyond.
