However they will need to pay more for OXR than it is worth, I think (I did a job on OXR some time ago).

I doubt that they will be that interested.

The reason why the share price of NCM has risen is because it was too cheap and in my opinion is cheap now.

It is one of my 6 selected explorers and OXR is not one of these.
