"Early compensation in the mining areas"

400 residents (in 4430) areas of phosphate mining and Tsilime and Hahotoe to be compensated by the state from next Saturday as part of the arrears of rent of land for mining.
A first tranche of 100 million CFA francs will be paid a total amount of arrears estimated at 483 million and will be paid gradually.
The authorities will proceed with the launch of the electrification of localities Dagbati, NYIT and Akoumape High School and the extension of the power grid and Agbodrafo Hahotoe.
All these initiatives aim to allow development of mining areas in Togo.
