if you want to understand day to day operations then you join the company. if you are a shareholder you have "delegated day to day operations to employees of the company"
as a listed company there is only the asx reporting compliance (on top of legal compliance)
You mention "material" - again this is you having a whine (you dont know the answer to this because it is management job to run the day to day of the company NOT yours).
Feel free to put in a job application if you would like to get on the ground floor of the company.
