Think I’d use the phrase, “the worst outcome is priced in at present”
Ie. It’s currently priced at where sales would fall below expectations, pricing would be reduced, refill rates would drop to 30%, and some company is paying off funds to suppress the price to get a low and short term takeover.
MC at the moment is ridiculously undervalued as you say assuming none of the above is true..
