FWIW I thought price action yesterday was very institutional. Vague as that is - 'controlling the range'. Still we can see the data somwhat backs that up. Also on daily chart, volume in decline now around this 28-31 level. Often declining volume in a price range precipitates a price move due to supply and demand dynamics.
