Anyone can submit a senate submission. Just because it was there doesnt mean its correct. The utter lack of reference to that oft quoted submission by any of the powers that be is quite telling. Its unfortunate the writer spent all this time and energy to correctly deduce what institutional selling looks like but draw the wrong conclusions. Turns out CDU was full of crap in the end. Who would have thought?
