If you have noticed, each day just the seconds before 4pm, you would see small orders as below:
$1.23 477units
$1.22 477units
$1.21 477units
This means someone is trying to manipulate the closing price.
You can see the same thing happen in the morning before market open.
Once the open price is set, it is likely the trading price will go in the same direction for the day!
Ignore those people playing this stock, look at the fundamentals, forget the bad/good news, or you will be played around.
