I think 25% loss of equity by current shareholders is not out of the question.

current shares on issue about 900 000 000.

Issue a note which converts to equity on say the 15 of December 2011 (3 years)

Share price on 15 of December 2011 is $3-$4. Therefore about 250 000 000 new shares issued.

This is just a quick estimate off the top of my head I am sure somebody can do a better job then me.

Buffets scenario is a possibility but so is mine.
