Sorry (to gaz as well). I am a fan but $1 per share D2E is ludicrously fanciful though I will happily eat my words.

Also the Services Business is a "services business". i.e. as a net tabgible asset it is ZERO. So first gaz should re-calculate dropping the $2.23 per share value and re-think the $1 per share. The banks will name the price. Though I hope voters realise they are trying for two bites of the cherry, by getting whatever percentage of the services business for nothing.
