Easy Times, Lovely scenario, but why would any lender accept this situation, swap from a creditor to a shareholder & forego interest payments in the hope they might get more in 3 years. Perhaps you could tell me the name of your bank lender, as I would love to do business with him. Sure Alan Bond & a few other may be in front of me, but I am prepared to wait for such an opportunity.
