The matter of the shorting whilst CDU was in voluntary suspension had been taken up by me with ASIC. On this occasion, I have been allotted a reference number and I will follow up next Tuesday if no reply has been received by then.

In relation to the capital raising,the speculation once again is rife. We have a number of impatient posters including some mischievious ones who get great pleasure in stirring up mischief. Note the backup reinforce brigade which follow. They stand out like a country you know what. They are just so predictable.

I can only repeat what I have said on a number of occasions in the past. Speculation is meaningless.
