Thanks for that. The following e-mail was what I sent to ASIC.

"Whilst Cudeco [ cdu ] has been in voluntary suspension since 24th October and remains so, the short position keeps changing.
On the 29th October, the short position was 2,473,537 shares. The short position changed to 3,969,665 shorted shares on the 30th October and this position remained till 6th November when the shorted position ,as quoted by you, was 6,810,584 shorted shares.

I would like to know if the position as at 6th November is correct. I would also like to know how the short position can change when CuDeco is in voluntary suspension and no shareholding has taken place ".

I await their reply.
