If they hit $18 why don't you employ a trailing stop - say only sell if they fall back to $16.20 or less 10%.
My initial target was $11 but now I cannot see myself selling as they haven't regressed by 10% since then (came close from a high of $16 but not quite)
Plus - as you say, they pay dividends.
