It was one of things where enough people started saying "Theres a housing shortage"... Next thing you know it was spoken like gospel... When there was no basis for saying such a thing other then bulls wanting the property market to go up forever!!!
Meanwhile today the housing market teeters on the edge... And there is more housing then is needed... HA!!!!!
