If IO spot prices falls 45% by Sept end, that's because the Chinese will try another destocking stunt for a few weeks (holding the breathe till blue in the face) and then the spot price will rocket back up to $160/t as China desperately grasps for IO.
A futile exercise that the Big3 IO cartel knew was useless and pointless really.
