    Hi Niu, very interesting. Does this explain the sharp rise today? What is it about the Chinese market that allows such high prices? Can't they import from elsewhere? If it were a competitive market then I agree, you would expect the same price globally, minus Chinese transport and importation costs. Maybe it is just a matter of time.
