Shortall as CEO

    If UNS ink this agreement with Amgen, what's everyone's thoughts on Allan Shortall continuing in his current position of CEO.

    Yea he's inked a lot of deals & pushed the business forward but at the same time driven unilife to the verge of bankruptcy by overspending, continually misleading shareholders with claims that have never come to fruition while hiding behind forward looking statements!

    I remember there was clause in a Sanofi/unilife release something about him remaining as CEO, anyone know if this is this still valid?

    I wouldn't be surprised if he steps down as CEO & continues as chairman, if not then I hope Orbimed & Amgen will keep him on a very very short leash!

    Thoughts?
