I would not be surprised if AS left. Often times when startups mature in mature companies the C suite gets changed to bring in people who have the talents that matches the phase the company is in.

With that said I would not be surprised if he stayed. To take nothing of a company, acquire talented people, develop a line of cutting edge injection technology, and then line up deals like Sanofi, Hikma, Biodell, Novartis, Medimmune, Abbvie, and the ocu and depot jet contracts is no small accomplishment. Then on top add in a strategic partnership with AMGEN and you have a case of why he should stay.

You can point to how long it has taken or money spent but frankly the sausage making process can be quite ugly at times. My judgment will come when I close out my position in UNS.
