IMO.
DRE like many ASX stocks has been played by bots for years but non more obvious than this ego maniac that needs to manipulate the closing auction to balance the sell orders so as to see his 1 share trade finish the day top of the page to the down side value. Whoever it is doing this is treating us like flies in a jar on a string and apart from those few days that they allowed to us run , they manipulate everyday to their advantage . The culprit with its massive scope could be any number of finance institutions or could even be country's playing to strip ordinary Australians and transfer our wealth. They play the long game bringing company share values down over a matter of years winning when we sell at a loss out of desperation.
Short selling should never be legal. It has opened our market to piranha where it's become a risk to just dip a toe in.
