The poorer people on the smaller super balances will be the hardest hit especially having been hit by the last round of reforms Turmbull made that pushed many of the pension or part pension,my sister has around $500000 in a SMSF and is drawing 6% and will now need to draw 7% to live if she had less super she would get more pension.
