If there are rorts in payment of taxation advice fees, go after them.
The , possibly mythical, examples given would , and should , have the ato all over them with the part 1V provisions.
This kind of broad brush approach is just lazy at best.
Smacks more of cheap populism aimed at those who have little understanding of what is involved in navigating an overly complex tax system.
