The CFMEU blockade of the Melbourne Grocon site had been declared illegal by the Supreme Court.Did Shorten Minister for Workplace relations uphold the supreme court decision and tell the cfmeu to stop their illegal blockade? No . He gutlessly said nothing and suggested that both sides should have a 2 week cooling off period which suited the union just fine.The Minister must uphold Supreme court decisions. He cant pick and choose to go the way his union backers want.Shorten has once again shown he lacks the moral fibre to be a future Prime Minister.How sad! How gutless! How typical of this union dominated govt.
