Blame whoever suits your ideology, reality is Gillard set up a massive disaster with no sensible limits and the LNP were too gutless to reign it in. Shorten isn't going to fix the mess either, he's fiddling around the edges, until someone draws a line in the sand and says there is a requirement of a SIGNIFICANT disability to be eligible and that the scheme only covers what is absolutely necessary it will continue to kill the country financially.

Currently people under the NDIS are getting more money spent on them that people who are covered under private insurance schemes, that's just plain dumb and shows the utter lack of common sense in the govt
